Event Booking Terms

Last updated September 1, 2026

What happens when you book tickets for concerts, shows, exhibitions and conferences on BET.

Your booking#

A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you see the Payment Complete screen. Your e-ticket is emailed to the buyer's address entered at checkout and is available in your account.

Each ticket admits one person unless the package says otherwise. Ticket packages and their inclusions are set by the organiser and shown on the Ticket Options page.

Prices and fees#

Ticket prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. A convenience fee may be added at checkout; it is always shown in the Order Summary before you pay.

The convenience fee is non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled by the organiser.

Ticket limits#

Organisers may cap the number of tickets per person or per transaction. Bookings that exceed a cap, or that we reasonably believe were made for unauthorised resale, may be cancelled and refunded.

Changes by the organiser#

Line-ups, timings and seating plans can change. If an event is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, we'll email you with the new details and your options, which may include a refund.

Transfers and resale#

Tickets are linked to the buyer. You may transfer a ticket to a friend only where the event page allows it. Reselling tickets above face value is not permitted.
