Venue & Entry Rules
Last updated September 1, 2026
What to bring on the day, and the common rules venues ask us to share.
On the day#
- Carry your e-ticket on your phone, with the screen brightness up for scanning.
- Bring a government-issued photo ID; the name should match the ticket where the event requires it.
- Arrive early — gates usually open 60 minutes before the start time shown on the event page.
Age limits#
Some events are 18+ or 21+. Age limits are listed on the event page, and venues may refuse entry without a refund if you can't show valid ID.
Prohibited items#
Unless the event page says otherwise, venues don't allow:
- outside food and drink;
- professional cameras and recording equipment;
- weapons, fireworks or flammable items;
- large bags — lockers may not be available.
Conduct and safety#
Follow instructions from venue staff and security. The organiser may remove anyone behaving unsafely, without a refund. Re-entry is at the organiser's discretion.
