What the convenience fee covers and when it applies.
What it covers#
The convenience fee covers payment processing, customer support and running the Platform. It is charged per booking and shown in the Order Summary before you pay.
How it's calculated#
The fee depends on the event, the ticket package and the payment method, and never exceeds 10% of the ticket price. Taxes on the fee are included in the amount shown.
Refunds of fees#
The fee is refunded only when the organiser cancels the event, or a booking fails because of an error on our side.
