Your e-ticket is emailed to the buyer's address you entered at checkout, straight after payment completes. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived within 10 minutes.
Only for events that allow transfers. If the event page offers it, you can transfer from your account up to 24 hours before the event.
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, the email we send about the change explains your refund options.
